At our school, we use Gaggle, which is a great tool to post assignments online and be able to communicate with students. We also use Weebly, “a clear-cut and step-by-step tool for web publishing” (Shaltry, Henriksen, Wu & Dickson, 2013, p.4). At home, I like to use apps like Groovy Grader and Lesson Planning to help make teaching tasks easier. Another app that I find interesting is Idea Sketch. This graphic organizer app helps me organize my ideas or create storyboards.
On a more personal level, I enjoy my church’s website. Being far away from “home”, Central Christian’s site helps me to keep connected, tithe, and attend services even if I cannot physically be there.
